  • Instructed diverse cooking classes on Pandang Curry, Desserts, Jelly, Pastry, HK Tim Sum, Nonya Cooking, and more at People's Association's Community Centre (1974-1978).

  • Served as an esteemed speaker on the SBC Radio program "Today's Food", where Anna shared her culinary insights and expertise (1978-1988).

  • Established and operated the renowned "P & A Catering School", offering classes in Asian Cooking, Pastry, Cake Making, Desserts, and other culinary arts (1978-1990).

  • Pioneered the establishment of "Anna's Culinary Centre," a hub for culinary education and exploration (1988-1992).

  • They provided valuable consultancy services to "Lion City," a prominent dessert factory, contributing to enhancing their dessert offerings (1990-1993).

  • She was invited by the People's Association to serve as a distinguished judge for food contests, showcasing Anna's discerning palate and expertise (1990-1995).

  • Introduced "Fruity Juicy" in Lavender Food Court, specializing in Indonesian juices, delighting patrons with unique and refreshing flavours (1992).

  • Founded "Peranakan Kitchen" in Tanjong Pagar Food Court, where Anna showcased the rich and diverse culinary heritage of the Peranakan culture (1994).

  • Successfully managed "Anna's Culinary Centre" at Tampines Mall, achieving remarkable sales of Nonya food with an average monthly revenue of $60,000, securing a place among the top 5 stalls (1996).

  • Established the famous "Asian Dessert Stall" at Simei East Point, offering a delightful assortment of delectable desserts across Southeast Asia (1997).

  • Expanded culinary ventures by acquiring a neighbouring Nasi Padang Stall in Tampines Mall Food Court and opening a Nasi Padang & Dessert Stall at The Causeway Point (1998).

  • She ventured into distributing Jin Jin Konnyaku Jelly products, becoming the sole agent in Southeast Asia. Anna opened three outlets in Singapore and successfully franchised the brand to Thailand, China-Shanghai, Fuchou, Malaysia (with five outlets), Manila, and Jakarta, Indonesia (1999).

  • She diversified business operations by becoming a distributor of Bubble Tea products under the renowned brand name Cocola. Anna established an outlet at Takashimaya in Singapore, generating monthly sales of $100,000. Additionally, she successfully franchised five other outlets across Singapore (2000).
