Chef William Ang has been in the industry for more than 35 years. The first hotel he worked for was in 1976, and it was Hotel Malaysia. He was already an Executive Chef for the hotel when he was 26. He also became part of Furama Hotel, now known as Furama City.

Master Chef Cemal, a culinary virtuoso with a remarkable journey in the world of Turkish cuisine. Born in Mersin, Turkey. Chef Cemal's culinary adventure began at the young age of 6 when he started assisting his family at their renowned restaurant, Liman, also known as Kandak restaurant. This invaluable experience exposed him to the art of cooking, starting from humble tasks such as table cleaning and onion cutting, gradually leading him to become a successful chef and business owner.
