Master Chef Mazlan Boyamin is a highly experienced Sous chef with over 17 years of expertise in preparing a diverse range of Western, Asian, and fusion cuisine. He has worked in renowned five-star hotels and has contributed to menu design, food safety, and food presentation. Additionally, he is a Private Chef and Culinary Instructor, frequently invited as an International Guest Chef for special appearances and demo cooking at various institutions, nutrition companies, and schools.

Experience:

Chef Mazlan has catered to esteemed individuals such as the Singapore President at Istana and foreign dignitaries throughout his career. He has been actively involved in various events, including the opening of The Esplanade by the Bay, Morgan Stanley, Rio Tinto, World Gourmet Summit, CLSA, Singapore Air Show, Singapore Grand Prix F1, 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic, and numerous corporate functions.
